Strasslein Stables was originally "Lavalier Farms".  Thanks to supportive parents and mentors, Lisa was able to spend much of her time as a youth learning about small equine and their care, training, showing, and breeding.  She was quickly successful in the show ring and bred some horses that are still being shown today.  Strasslein Stables bred many National and Congress Champions in both halter and driving.  The farm has recently been renamed Silver Thread Stables with the prefix STS.   Both the Strasslein and STS prefix will be used as we transition, but we are still breeding for double registered ASPC/AMHR horses that can win at the National level in halter and driving.
