B & L's Rock "E" Mardi Gra

We lost a special stallion this spring with the unexpected passing of the Superior Sire, B & L's Rock "E" Mardi Gra. Although, Mardi was never shown, he was well known in the small equine world for his offspring and their success in both ASPC and AMHR. Mardi Gra sired several Congress and National GRAND and Reserve GRAND Champions including:

Thus far, his offspring have won the additional Congress and National Titles - 20 Championships, 17 Reserve Championships, and 33 Top Tens!

Strasslein Stables Welcomes Two New Stallions
This past fall and winter, we began searching for stallions that would complement our heavily focused Rock "E" based program, and are pleased to announce two new addtions, both of which will be shown by Belinda Bagby in 2013. First, we would like to introduce, Wa-Ful Unique Bob-The-Builder, a double registered senior stallion whose sire was the both the Congress and National Champion Get of Sire in 2012!
And next we introduce a young stallion that is our first stallion that we expect to mature in the Classic Over Division, Wilk Undeniably Hot. Undeniable sired by Rockets Will Doo is a full brother to the Congress GRAND Champions Swan Fair Victory, Rimfire, and Wilk Rachel Alexandra!

The 2012 AMHR National Champion Stallion Foal 28" & Under has arrived down under! We wish the best of luck to his new owner, Benvarden Miniature Horse Stud, at the IMHR Australian National Show in March 2013!!
